  7. Cheers, wouldn't say I hate it, strongly dislike the pain in my knees from being on ladders for 3 days but like looking back when its finished at a good Job. Planted in 1904..... Its taken me about 5 years to get back neater lines and undercut the toppers back on into almost balls instead of shapeless lump's. Same Ian, problem I see it as is the company and a carefully selected number of employees or subbies are actually accredited and in a bigger company a new member of staff can come in afterwards with little quality esurance and make a mockery of it all. Way I see it something like the isa certified arborist scheme should get more recognition or be mandatary within the aaac for company's with over a certain number of staff that all staff reach a set standard as its far easier for lack of experience or skills to go unnoticed within a larger company where the owner can be less hands on.   20. Don't worry, think iv got that these day's Work like a fool for 4 days to earn the money Office, maintainance, pricing 1 day Which leaves the weekends free for kids or wife if she behaves.   24. Definetly protect the dace against sunburn so a healthy addition only down side I've found with mine is sap off spruce is a pain to remove .
