@sime42 i class it as bad as blindness would be to me as i read a lot. Plus i scuba dive so any lung damage gonna finish that off too. Hence bloody staying in now, regardless . K

Definately the Long Covid scares me more than anything, three or four friends have it now ( all fit previously - runners cyclists) didnt get hospitalised but are constantly knackered now. K

No. Nursey cuttings like flowers n stuff, tree grafting much bigger orgamism. More resilient than little cutting. K

I know this works cos spent a year fuel wood chipping huge barn sized volumes ( i was smoking heavily at that point unfiltered rollups) young guy with me was coughing like fvvk most days from the spores off the woodchip, i had no bother 😕 the nicotine would kill the fungal infection, is also why plant nurseys cuttings bench will not let smokers do cuttings without surgical gloves on. K

Basically heated grips work well on ground saws cos yr gripping the handles for a long time ( snedding along the trunk or big crosscuts) Top handles yr shifting yr grip and putting it down a lot so the physiological benefit is far less. Yes Kev, it is a Northern thing you great wussikins 😋 . K
