  3. Ah, so house on pile n beam over portion of root area. Am taking it its yr land this structure is going to be built on. Maintaining soil moisture with a drip irrigator under the structure quite simple as long as its checked regularly - the stumps bit was confusing . K

  15. @Echo was a good saw , 100 squid cheaper than MS201 and ran better at the time. Been said previously on here , the company is Italian but made in China to their spec and quality control . Worth a shot if you have a dealer not far away . K
