  1. Yes but in reality not a very good business man. What happened when his capabilities slowed down, he needed to work less or decided to retire? Did he then get a job on the taxi's ? Your right in saying people can charge what they want, it is a free market after all. It doesnt mean its the right thing to do.
  2. Imo it's because too many people don't treat this industry as a proper business. A hell of a lot just look at the short term of that job is my wages and it's going in my back pocket. If you can't charge more money for weekend or night work, or you have to do it at a standard rate then you should really take a long hard look at your business as it isn't working.
  3. Ever been to a clairvoyant? You should know!
  4. Sounds ideal to me, I hate being pounced on when browsing. Was there a lot of people at the show then?
  5. Ditto. Sounds like he has stolen someone's branch, the thieving scum bag.
  6. 10 years! time flys when your not 21. Looks terrible, I bet you wish you had felled it like I suggested. Sorry if you have already been asked but have you had to carry out any other work other than the initial works? I don't know if works is the proper term, I was going to use hack job but thought it rude.
  7. Wide teeth hedgecutter seems to work the best. Keep a close eye on your van keys.
  8. RIP. My condolences to friends and family.
  9. Far too easily unfortunately. As Skyhuck said these scum think different than normal people and are good at their low life job.
  10. Love this We either let everyone in or the others will just shoot them all. No wonder the right wing is winning these days.
  11. As Josh says you should pop down the habour and try sucking a fishermans friend. Although I dont suffer from hay fever (do suffer sinus problems though) the local honey is an intersting bit of information!
  12. You arent getting any response from me other than, your talking sh1t now explain yourself.
  13. Looks like you aint wrong there.
  14. You don't have to tell me, I know I talk crap. No, I am still waiting to hear what your intelligent approach is. If I knew the answer I wouldn't be asking.
  15. Sweet dreams Maybe best not to insinuate you have something profound to say then babble sh1te.
  16. Explain the benefits then please, as if I was the simpleton that I is.
  17. No offence but I expected more from a "more intelligent, measured approach" than that sh1t. Please explain the benefits of immigration. If you mean cheap labour then stop. I dont think the UK will implode, frazzle, explode, die, fall into the sea or fall of the earth if we cant employ cheap foreign labour. I am preempting your response btw.
  18. I like that one.
  19. Which is?
  20. Oh well then, I suppose we should just throw our hands up in the air and surrender. Which leads me on to..... How is the French election going? I presume there is some kind of cheese eating contest to decide the overall winner but when is it on, and will it be on youtube?
  21. I was thinking the same. Surly there is no issue in using second hand ppe if it has a paper trail and in good condition? When in college there was a lot of using xxxxx hand ppe. I would buy minimal cheap but relevant ppe and upgrade as and when for new starts.
  22. It's the enforce bit that needs sorting out.
  23. Enforce a policy where it is illegal to steal, commit fraud, acts of violence and just general scummary. I think we would all see more money in our pockets and live a far better life.
  24. Too true, too many wankers don't care about anyone but themselves.
  25. I agree that a whiff of a wood fire is lovely. But, the only person not p1ssed off with the noise of a hammer drill is the guy using the hammer drill.
