  1. storm damaged tree mate in them winds 2-3 weeks ago the wind put the tree on the deck and smashed 3-4 fences having said that for the size of the tree there was not as much damage as I would have though think the houses round the tree got off light

  3. this is a job I done with agg221 yesterday after 3 hours to get to site and 3 hours back this is what we got done
  4. Once the leave have dropped of the tree and I say mid feb is cut off time as the buds are getting ready to start to grow Most important thing in fruit tree pruning is making shore u no what a fruiting bud looks like Its a long winded job take ur time It's not like a reduction on a tree U have to reduce the tree to fruiting buds and growth points and try to thin all the leaders out (A thinner fruit tree make less fruit but bigger fruit) A fruit tree that's had a reduction to just growth points makes a thick tree and yes the fruiting crop may be really good but u don't get a good size fruit Hope this make sence Iv seen so many tree surgeons that are great at reduction but can't prune fruit trees right to save there life Best of luck martin Ps plums don't like being pruned

That's nice chaps I ent got 7k to spend on a bandit And to be fair a 2ft willow stump with the root flair was nearly 3ft of grinding and cleaning up in 2hours I don't think is good for a machine with 13hp We all have to start somewhere in this world hence the bloke asking the Q He may want a cheep grinder that he can grind small conifer stumps out with and don't get many stumps bigger. That 18inch Iv would love a hb 20 but like alot of people can't find the money or would rather spend the extra 4.5k getting my business on track
