    maybe the engine/pump connection broken.....enough to put out the ram but slipping when pressure applied

    we all have different ways of doing it....personally i put rope/wire high in crown, pull the crown to get the weight slightly forward and then fell normally, i never then have to pull the tree after i have put the back cut in.

    i have 2 sheds at house both 3 x1.5 x 2m.....9 cubic metres each ....so probably holds about 5 cubic split n each.........we only have wood burner for heating nothing else its on all the time.......1 shed emptied and refilled

    2true the difference between burning logs at 28% and 20%.... is like night and day. the only way i get them that dry is for them to be in shed all summer. try some real dry logs b4 going to that expense:biggrin:

    farmers dont have the right to the seed anyway......they have to buy it in, they cannot use seed produce by themselves for nxt years crop... different varieties belong to different companies

How much more can be thrown into the pot to combat the inevitability of the decline? It's not a bottomless pot of cash do u know many Qualified tree botanists working in their field there are in the UK to help with this outbreak 1

Eurosport UK its all about keeping the money going round, as long as the big earners spend their money it will filter back down the ladder. When people are scared to spend then the economy suffers.

    well i have a small stumpgrinder.....in a year he goes out 3 or 4 times..its time has come to an end with me .its off to fleabay... cut ur stumps down low and u wouldnt need 1
