Have a Zubat 330 but might change to a Natanoko 2000 because it has a straighter blade. (Natanoko top, Zubat bottom) :):)

Roasted Veg (potatos,tomatoes,mushrooms,peppers) cooked with rosmary, balsamic vinegar and a splash of olive oil infused with chillis, with black pepper encrusted pork loin chops. Bang it all in the oven for about an hour, jobs a gud un.

I'm impressed with the result. -
Had a Zubat 300 for years and have just gone upto a 330, it's amazing what a difference 30mm can make, I'm sure it cuts faster with the longer blade on. Might have a look at the Natanoko 2000 at the AA Trade fair or the APF as i like the look of the slightly straighter blade, which i think will make it easier to get cuts to line up when taking out a mouth/gob. proud:

I find it best with a distel, it sits under the second biner and doesnt self release.
