  1. I just got one and it has the suppliers name, address and telephone number printed on it. Is that ligit?

  4. I've just got a small trailer for my car to tow. What is the law on registration plates and can I get away with a home made one until I get a proper one? Where do you get proper ones?
  5. We've got one. The lowest part is the diesel tank so watch out for that. The clutch seems to wear out pretty fast too

  13. I heard about this today by word of mouth. Sad to hear about it.
  14. Try putting an elastic band around the handle of the saw. This creates friction and prevents the saw from falling out so readily. The downside is that you have to lever with your thumb sometimes to draw the saw out.

  18. I've not used the VT much but the Knut is a very reliable knot though perhaps not as fast. Has anyone lost grip and dropped onto their hitch while ascending using the hand-over-hand technique?

  24. I'd do it in a heartbeat if it didn't need renewing in three years. If I did it I would want to be fairly certain that I'd use it on riggs or something else and at least make my money back.
