  1. FTR I did a lot of work during the rehab using the Red Cord System. Redcord® | America WWW.REDCORDAMERICA.COM La formación de Redcord Active® está fundamentada en principios neuromusculares, con publicaciones sobre los...
  2. You could not be further from the truth mate. Give it a rest and grow up.
  3. .
  4. I have had a few shoulder problems over the years. Snowboarding injuries and wear and tear from years of tree work. In 2019 ish I managed to completely dislocate the shoulder, stretched everything in the area but luckily nothing broken. Ended up with a trip to hospital to get relocated. However, I did damage to the rotary cuff in a couple of places. I was out of work for around 10 months. Due to the damage and incorrect physio, it set me back about 4 months. I eventually found a sports physio and a great chiro. The both were familiar with shoulder injuries and treated lots of pro climbers and handball players. Problem with shoulder injuries is what works for one person may not work for another. After a few consultations they realised that the problems root cause was the shoulder blade. I had torn the muscles in my back that stabilise the scapula. So I went back to basics. Concentration on correct placement of scapula during simple exercises and sets to work on the Rhomboid (I think that was the muscle). Once the scapula was correctly aligned the head of the humorous would sit correctly in the rotary cuff and then and only then did I start back on the band exercises to stabilise the joint. It took a while but I got back to full strength and train Muay Thai and Climbing most days. Good luck. with the rehab and the pain relief. I ditched the pain killers after the first week. Managed a lot with CBD oil and PMA. I wish you well with trying to ditch the tramadol. My dad was on them for over 14 years. They are not a nice drug.
  5. I do believe you have really missed the point. I am not angry at all mate, perplexed maybe, but not angry. I try not to get too worked up over anonymous people over the internet. I might have a different reaction with your posts if we were in the pub, but then again stuff said tongue in cheek often comes over differently in text. I think you are just a bit of a wind up merchant tbh. On that note, we should get back to the jokes.
  6. If you think that was an attack, are you serious? Please read it again. The post obviously went over your head. My point was just because someone else is doing it then it doesn't make it right for you to do it. In reference to you saying that Boris's misdemeanours were nothing in comparison to Burlesconi and Putin. I am not the one using a so called clever term calling others 'wankers' or was that a disguised attack?
  7. Get over yourself mate. I was having a light hearted jab at your political post and you come back with don’t turn it into a political thread. I could’t give a fuck about politics tbh. They are a joke. See them for what they are, jokers!
  8. That wasn’t the point was it? He had a party whilst the rest of the country faced fines and arrest if there were more than 2. People couldn’t visit loved ones or have a funeral to say good bye the family members. Plus many other restrictions. It has zero to do with his ability to do budgets and other political stuff.
  9. As my mam used to say, “doesn’t matter what others are doing… if they all jumped in front of a bus, would you?” The PM is a hypocrite, amongst many other things. The others may be worse but how has Burlesconi’s Whitby Kippers had an affect on your life?
  10. I also think they have gone in for large contracts and low balled it to win. Then try and build teams to meet the target without actually realising how much it takes to do the work correctly. Guys on-site have to meet rediculous target, they are at the lower end of the pay scale and skill level. Hence all the butchered trees you see.
  11. I left the UK a few years ago but lived in South London for a long time before that. My experience of Glendale. Low pay, under skilled, unrealistic targets, straight out of college’ers, poor work quality and lots of large contracts. Which only the spread the word and reputation of poor quality. I would see the trucks around quite a bit, usually with ruined trees in the area.
  12. 😊. You shout down to the groundie, “how much is left? “ He replies, “just a bit more than your river of tears!”
  13. ^^^ You will soon find out what it feels like to have an allergy. LP is the only thing I have a reaction to, apart from fig tree sap. It is almost as though you have snorted a line of central heating, boiler lagging.
  14. There is an axe junkies group on facebook. Maybe they would be able to help out?
  15. This was a thread Dean started about 6 years ago. Me and a mate decided to measure jobs like that in Misery’s. 1 Misery is equal to one man cutting all day up a hedge. This hedge was 6 misery’s long and My mate had to go back for a bit more misery. Thankfully, there are not a lot of hedges like this in Norway. But I have have erased from memory the number I must have done before moving here.
  16. Some are daunting. The sooner you start cutting, the less there is left to cut.
  17. Heal quick bud.

  24. The chain derailed a couple of times and chewed up the the drive links. Managed to get through it on the second chain that derailed, then switched to a new chain.
