  1. Is it not better being pulled??? (Make sure you wear gloves!!!)
  2. Thats because its not. It really is not that easy. Do you grow your own trees with burr's too
  3. I don't agree with your main point re the AA, BUT there is a without doubt a great deal of willful overloading going on. At the recent show there was a lovely Mitsubishi Canter, massive chip box and tool box, really, really nice!! Pay load............................600KG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. Nice to finally meet you face to face Ian
  5. WOW!!! You are proud with good reason!!! Welcome to the forum:001_smile:
  6. Money does not bring happiness............. But it makes being miserable very comfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. Come on Stevie, you were awesome!!! and you know it!!! Prussic's rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Awesome mate!!! Why did you stop????
  9. Many thanks Les, was a really interesting and impressive place!!!
  10. Fantastic show!!!!!!!!!!! Great to meet up with so many members!! (many for the first time) Really nice friendly atmosphere!! The climbing comp, Axe throwing and Tug o war, were really good fun, nice bit of friendly competitiveness!! Many thanks to Justin and Richard for making the show happen!! And a big thats to Steve and Andy for sorting the Axe throwing, Les for sorting the Tug o war, and the guys who set up the comp!! Its been a really great few days that I will remember for many, many years to come!! Also a big thanks to TomD for the lift down!!
  11. Nice one Steve!!! Quite an achievement
  12. Thats horrendous mate!!! Hope he's better real soon!! As you know I have a couple of fairly savage dogs, I have built a secure fence and have double gates so people cannot get near them. All these thieving scum bags must take some responsibility for vicious dogs, I have mine to prevent theft.
  13. I think your missing my point. If it were green the same artic load would weigh 26 or 28 tonne. So the green load would cost £1300 or £1400 The dry load would cast £1000 So for the same volume of wood you are pay a good bit less, plus it can be sold this winter, not next,
  14. It looks very dry, I bet you will only get about 20 ton on a very full artic, so its not as dear as it sounds, IMO.
