  1. If you think thats a transit you need to go post in the disabled thread
  2. I used to work with one eyed climber, he had a glass eye, he was not very good, but I'm not sure it anything to do with his missing eye.
  3. Please could you give a link to the legislation that enforces this I'm sure as a training provider you would very much like it to be true:sneaky2:, but I'm almost certain it isn't
  4. Yes, the requirement for proof of training is under legislation that controls employment and business, so for your own personal use your fine.
  5. Ask for that in writing, if you can prove you tried to check and they would not give you the information I can't see how any prosecution against you could be successful.
  6. Yes, but even if some one cannot read it does not mean a written contract is invalid, if they sign the contract its binding, its their responsibility to have read and understood the contract before signing, if they cannot read they need to get some one they trust to read it to them. If this were not the case anyone wanting to get out of a contract would simply claim to be illiterate and walk away.
  7. I have built the pool, just sorting out wether its better to move the boiler and pipe to the house or leave boiler where it is and pipe to pool.
  8. But there was very little difference between the 020t and the ms200t, almost all parts are interchangeable, unlike the 201 where almost no parts from the 200 or 020 will fit. In fact I think the 200 has changed more since in it introduction than it differed from the 020.
  9. No not when your boiler is 500,000BTU's or 150K. I only say that wood gives of less heat when wet than when dry, when people are slagging off Pop, Willow, Chestnut, etc. I need to burn green timber, dry timber wood be to hot and my system wood boil most of the time, plus its a lot easier to just tip wood straight from jobs next to the boiler.
  10. Why are you looking at the ms200 start date?? The top handle as we know it today started with the 020, the early ones were all alloy, I had an early one dated 1978, it had no chain brake, just a hand guard. The shape and style we have today started with 020t in mid 90's.
  11. Have you tried softwood???? I have a large outdoor boiler (similar to a Farm 2000) last week I brought home some green Leyandi, straight from a job, felled that day. I put some on the boiler, that night the system boiled, I had to go out at 3AM with a hosepipe to cool the fire down!!!
  12. You compare leaves to hair I am a little shocked at your apparent total lack of even very basic knowledge regarding tree biology:001_huh:, the reason unnecessary branch removal reduces the trees ability to feed is because leaves are how a tree does feed, its called photosynthesis. If you remove foliage from a tree it must replace those lost leaves in order to feed, hence the rapid regrowth.
  13. What on earth will you do with it????????????
  14. I think thats why the sentence was low, the judge knew that with that saw the chances of any one getting badly cut was very low
  15. Its hard to start up at the best of times, but right now is far from the best of times. I started up with just me and my Mrs to support, its not to bad if you can live on very little while your first starting up, but if you have a family to support its going to be very difficult, imo.
  16. Clutch springs is a good call, IMO.
  17. Its not a sin to adjust your gob. Once I've cut my gob I have good look to see if its right and if needs be I remove more from one side or the other to get it just right.
  18. If thats true, why on earth do they wast so much energy creating regrowth??? How would you feel if someone stitched up half your mouth dramatically reducing your ability to feed????
