  1. Are you actually a woman???
  2. Will the brackets that hold the guard on not make sliding timber past the blade difficult??
  3. You really think it would suddenly drop?
  4. I know, but why make one superior??? Would it not be better if they all went though to 112 with its supposed advantages??
  5. Ain't it weird that back when they came up with 999 it was the slowest possible you could dial
  6. That does not really help people today. I can have a number advertised in the yellow pages that not mine, but when they ring it it goes to my phone. Is this really not possible for 999 and 112??? PS I think its 911 in the US, which is part of the world.
  7. All my mobiles have always said "emergency call only" when there is no signal. Why would they pre-program SIM cards with 112 (which is not that well known) instead of 999????????
  8. Smells like grannies old knickers to me mate
  9. The first water mains in London were Elm.
  10. :confused1:You recon?????????
  11. I really like mine.
  12. :confused1:Your going to mill 10" long logs???
  13. We have been being told that bacon and other processed meats are not good for years, way before the horse meat debacle. I'm pretty sure supermarkets sell way more "processed meat" than butchers, I'm sure they really wish this was not in the news to add to their horse trouble.
  14. When I first saw the news I was gutted, but then when they said one rasher per day was OK, I thought "who has more that 7 rashers per week!!!!!" Surely most people know its not the best food and consume it in moderation.
  15. As that bike looks to be about the right size for a 7 year old, I'm not sure they would have let him sign up.
  16. This is so true, a mate of mine had some stone flags stollen from his barn conversion, they lifted them, put them in a wheel barrow and barrowed them across two fields. Like he said, he would have been happier to pay them to work that hard on the conversion, he would have probably paid them more than they got for the flags. They are just criminals I guess and don't think like us.
  17. My crane is no where near as big and cool as this one, but it still makes life considerably easier and I control it from up the tree too. http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/video-forum/10576-hc-removal.html
  18. Do you bag your shopping at tesco and then tell the girl on the till you will pay tomorrow?? or fill your car with fuel and do the same??? Surely the time to ask if was OK to pay tomorrow was before timber was moved, not after.
  19. I'm not sure he's threatening to damage your machine, I think he's saying he'll cut his prices and take your sales, meaning your won't be cutting, because your not selling. I would message him back telling him to go boil his head and get a life.
  20. I would imagine a good hot burn will soon clear that.
