In all honesty I'm surprised the anti-vacsers haven't been on telling us "it was the jab that done it!"

I'm 52......... makes you think...... RIP Shane 😢
  5. He nails it there, people can believe incredible things if "they want to believe", religion, anti-vac's and all the other crazy stuff we see all around us today.
  6. Presumably it's a Russian dish, so you use the Russian Kiev, where as the Ukrainians say Kyiv.
  7. Not necessarily. A council was found liable for damage caused by a failed TPO'd tree, where they had refused an application to fell.
  8. Cattle are unpredictable, particularly when first let out in spring. We live in a beef raising area, a local farmer with decades of experience was trampled by his own stock and has expressed that it would have been better if they had finished him off.
  9. Really? How often will it happen? once every 5 year, maybe longer. I'm not sure I'd be the selfish one in this situation. I think some people need to get a life.
  10. I don't agree with this. Why is one day any different from another? As populations rise everyone taking the same day for R&R is going to be a big problem. Places of recreation and relaxation are going to be busier and busier. I'd much sooner go on a quieter day. One day is much like another to me. I'm more interested in working when the weather is good, than a specific day based on some antiquated religious tradition. I have no interest in working 7 days per week, but I will chose which days I work and which I don't.
  11. Is a "Flu liner" similar to a "Covid conduit"?
  12. Not if they are clipped several times a year. I remember many years ago I was asked to remove a large Laylandii, it was over 65ft tall and the trunk was about 2ft in diameter. It was the last tree in a hedge. The hedge was about 8ft tall, 2ft deep and the sides were like the felt on a billiard table. The guy cut it several times a year. The trunks on the hedge were about 4 or 5 inches. He had planted it 25+ years ago and had decided to leave the last tree un-clipped, just to see how it would do. Nothing wrong with Laylandii as a hedge, just need to be properly maintained.
  13. Were you listening to Buddy Holly?
  14. Yes, mostly in hardwoods. IMO, most barbers chairs are caused by too small a gob. I can't really see how a large gob would lead to BC ?
  15. Thing is I charge for it, even if I don't use it.
  16. IME, if you have been going long enough and do a good job, you can make good money. I no longer advertise at all, but get offered far more work than I can possible do.
  17. Thats the clients drone, checking progress 😁
  18. He defiantly ain't........ but the climber might be 😉
