nice bike, i had an NS suburban till i swapped it for a specialized big hit, much better!

they ok pretty nice. i have just started using a soft link between my harness and grab, i thought id hate it but i love it. it nice having it that bit further in front of you and it turns much easier. wouldnt get rid of it now.

does anyone have any pics of the comp last year. i no its says big tree and know its obviously going to be big to get two climbers in and still a good climb, but what sort of trees are they an idea of size? just so i can get practising in a similiar size tree.

Just wondered who is entering the climbing competition. I can decide, I want to as it would be good to be part of and to meet up with people but i wouldnt say im a great climber only been climbing a year and still at college so wouldnt call myself experience or atall speedy so dont want to make a d!ck of myself. Been on the website and read the info there. was a bit releaved to see you climb on pre-installed lines. has anyone done the comp before and got an idea of the trees and the speed expected not to look a complete prat. cheers

wouldnt mind coming and grounding if you need an extra, dont mind feeding a chipper or holding back the tree huggers.

yer i have seen it in a local shop but think it was 10mm looks nice though should of got some to try.

the thing is you look more like a pikie these days if you drive a brand new transit than if you drive an older van. i think sign writting also helps not to look like a pikie. but with land line numbers aswell and an area, personnally not saying your a pikie if you dont.

After some new friction cord. been climbing on a VT recently with 8mm cord I think, which I was given. works brilliantly but need some more and just wondered what every one else is using at the momment. Cheers

ive been wearing the nike pro compression long sleve base layer when climbing the last couple of times with a company t shirt on top. it so much nicer keeps the moisture off your body and keeps you warm. also ment to keep your muscles tight so they work better aswell not sure how well that works. but will definatly buy another.

i have been playing around with this recently. i like it and think its useful. but i have been using a ropeman on it and find you have to go all the way up to your cambium saver or anchor point which then pushes it all back down again so you can reach it.

just looks like a rock climbing harness to me. not my choice. like the vented back pad though that looks cool, haha see what i did there.
