  1. i use cambium savers all the time.... Better for the tree better for me saves a effort more profeshional

  3. this is the basis for our weekly checks all kit is listed on there sheet then they tick to say checked and sign it at the bottom. Each sheet lasts 2 months and when we start a new sheet another climber checks someone else,s kit and then every 3 sheets it gets lolered climbing sheet.xls

    yes I used to use a grab but the positioner is better the main benefit is you can let a bit out whist still keeping your weight on it and its shinier lighter smaller i got one for my work kit and after 6 months i bought one for my personal kit
  5. why would you want some all it does is clog up it is only on for the american market as a legal requirment over there whats it for i may have some in scrap bin as i take em off all saws before use

    That reads to me as an adjustable strop not a flipline
  7. i have one as well i think they are good as said a little slow mainly as they are a single splitter but they will split anything

    i use a positioner on mine most of the others have rope grabs of various makes and sizes big is better on grabs

    i personally prefere the yale 3m platinum range with an isc swivel we have had every flipline within the teams and this is imo the best the only drawback to it is i have ended up with 5 inches of bunching of core at the end which is dissapointing the new england ones the core is only held in place with shrink tubing and when getting worn if you use a vt and took a slip you will go a fair bit further than you want
  10. we buy in 205 litre drums 2 at a time much easier and not a problem getting rid of all them plastic drums which was the deciding factor jonsie is that veggy mineral or bio

  19. Does anyone else run with one on there wire core flipline?????? If so did you change the clutch I have just read the instructions and it says you should use a different clutch
