  1. Logs direct near carnforth have a pinosa and do not rate it. They've had load of issues with it and the after sales has been awful apparently.

    I've got 12 litres bottled from last year and a load more to make this year. It's nectar, great on a cold days shoot.
  4. What are you feeding her? Mine dogs are on raw tripe, raw beef chunks, ox heart, chicken legs and wings and occasional rabbits for the terrier.
  5. It's a vaude jolly comfort I think. It's sat on a worktop in this picture. He loves it and I find it comfortable.
  6. I try and spend plenty of time chilling with my son teddy, he is awesome. Try and get out shooting a couple of times a week as well.
  7. I know a company owner who calls spruce Christmas trees, told me to fell a beech that was a red oak and many more besides.
  8. Beautiful boxer mate. We had 6 when I was growing up, only have 1 now. still think they look odd with a tail.
  9. Penny our 6 week old Border Terrier puppy. A real character. Pictures are a few weeks old, asleep on Daisy our old boxer. and Teddy (4 months old) having a cuddle with Tottie my 5 year old Border.
  10. I did one at a bad kids school kid aged 11 to 16. Took in my ms 880 and a few other bits. I wanted a projector but they didn't have one that worked. Keep it simple and try and get them asking questions.
  11. I had/have the sip freedoms and burnt a hole in them with my 020 exhaust in the first week. Still holding up apart from the odd patch though.
  12. Have you tried tightening the screw holding the rim sprocket on? Mine wouldn't run properly until that was tightened.
  13. I've got a mk3 think it's number 42 so an early model and it's been great. If I was going for another air rifle I'd definitely get a daystate. I got offered a limited edition daystate sable not long ago but couldn't justify it. I have a mate selling an airwolf in .22 if your interested.
  14. the younger generation have got absolutely no fear, they believe they are untouchable. when i was a lad you were taught right from wrong and respected other people and their belongings. I think it'll get worse before it gets better.
  15. I dont normally post this sort of thing but thought a few of you might be interested and maybe even make a donation. Emergency Merseyside Appeal-Red Squirrel Survival Trust A good cause in my opinion.
  16. My fiancé is the same, she even makes packed lunch for lads working for me. Her mother stops with us every weekend, she was a chef for years an loves cooking for people with a good appetite. The only things I cook are things I've shot.
  17. RSPCA are useless. I know of a lad who has been banned from owning dogs because he broke his dos leg after beating it and left it for weeks before taking it to the vet. He now has another dog, RSPCA have been informed and done nothing.
  18. I've had to stop a lad I shoot with from beating his dog with its lead, he can't understand why it won't come back to him.
  19. I'd of stopped and called the police and taken pictures for evidence.
  20. Goosanders have teeth and try are a type of duck. They help them hold on to the fish they catch.
  21. Does it have a manual with it? I'd personally say not. 10 years from manufacturing date is sometimes used. If it has spent years being exposed to sunlight etc it will of degraded a fair bit.
