    karabiners

I've got some captive eye 2 way carabiners if you want a few. Small donation to the children's trust and I'll post them. Great for on chainsaw strops.
  2. I've got. Vermeer 206 I'll be selling in the new year. Just needs a wire soldering back on the ignition.
  3. Hodge looks after his kit. I wouldn't think twice about buying that saw if I needed another.
  4. Sounds like a great day. I had a nice morning out my self not much about though.
  5. Butch Cassidy and the sun dance kid and the good the bad and the ugly for me. Both classics.
  6. Matt, I feel your pain. I lost a Labrador at 8 months old. She was shaping really well. It was the first time in years I cried.
  7. A few benefits are they fart less, cleans their teeth through gnawing, the dog muck is half the size doesn't smell as bad and is solid and the chance of a twisted stomach is reduced significantly.
  8. If any of you don't shoot and want to feed raw meat ask around. I shoot loads of rabbits, o give some to my terrier some for myself and give quite a few away. I get free bones and ox hearts from the butcher as well.
  9. My 3 are mainly on barf but they get the odd bowl of dr johns if the wife is feeding them. They are all doing really well on the raw food, big difference in picking up there muck as well.
  10. Nice looking set ups. Bet you can soon fill the landy.
  11. Looks more like a 7.5 inch to me.
  12. My mate used to have the tw13. It was great on the right job. His had floatations tyres as standard. We took it apart and through peoples houses before to get right to the trees.
  13. I'm taking one lad and his son clay shooting today as his bonus. The subbies I use get bonuses all year long any way.
  14. My old man does a lot of construction work for a wines and spirits importer so we always have plenty of nice wine and port at Xmas. I'll be taking a bottle of damson gin and my older bro is doing cocktails before the meal. 17 of us this year!
  15. Hazel, scots pine, sycamore, beech and some cedar tonight.
  16. I've helped loads of lads who have started up pricing jobs including hodge on bigger jobs. If you're not too far away I'd be happy to come down and help you price the job.
  17. And it's actions like that which ruin it for everyone else who does this job full time for a living.
  18. £50 a square meter would be brilliant. £50 a cubic meter is pants.
  19. I think it depends how much work you have for one. I got a Kawasaki klf 300 quad about 4 years ago. Only paid £550 for it. It pulls my timberwolf ok and is great for shifting wood on the right sites. It paid for itself in one week.
  20. Round here I'd be after £600 or more depending what we are doing. I know plenty of people working for less though.
  21. Good work mate. Who did you do your training and assessment with?
  22. That's it. After greasing it as soon as you drop it back down all the grease goes to the bottom anyway. It's only a quick job to put the nipples on and makes it easier to grease so more likely to get done.
  23. I didn't put grease nipples on the bearings. I put 2 either side of the slider that holds the top feed roller.
  24. Look at the positive hodge. The parts are cheap and it's an easy fix. No ones hurt. I'll send you a pic of where I put some grease nipples whilst mine was being done.
