  1. Ok so using that mog for domestic tree work you could legally run on red? Or would you need to be on white?
  2. I'd rather it in writing from VOSA than what a training provider says. Why do councils run lawn mowing tractors on white diesel? Surely grass cutting is horticulture.
  3. Haha don't think any one will answer that question.
  4. Put a picture up once it's done. The lad on my shoot said if you don't get them in a glass cabinet they go tatty very quickly.
  5. You gonna get it stuffed or is it for the table?
  6. A lad on our shoot shot a White bird and got the fine. He sent a letter and a pic to shooting times and got a set of hunter wellies, he was well chuffed.
  7. I topped 65 sitka spruce in a day once an over 40 the next. My arms were red raw, I loved every minute of it though.
  8. My latest toy. It's just a CZ .22 great fun though and cheap to feed. Got my eyes on a few others at the moment aswell.

    quote

Ok so you quote £150. The customer rings both of companies and sees who will drop there price for cash. Who makes money no one, who saves money the customer.
  10. I climbed on one exclusively for nearly 6 months. They are great.
  11. That looks smart Dean. Only thing I would of changed is putting a higher tailgate on.
  12. Who is climbing for you nowadays Andy?
  13. 254xp with a 13" or an MS361 with a 13" both great saws.
  14. I went on a mates stag do the best man had organised beer bitches, 2 hot lasses dressed in bavarian outfits who constantly went to the bar for you so you didnt have to spend ages in cues. They managed to get us in clubs, get discounts on drinks and keep everyone in one place. They are on facebook if you look up beer bitches! Great fun and one of them was Miss Edinburgh.
  15. Have you got any pics of a RW set up with a spiderjack or lockjack?
  16. That's great, but only if you can get near the tree. Most of my work the access is awful and the timber says on site. If you have loads of work to go at a mog might be great but how many arb companies are run off there feet doing big trees eery day?
  17. 2 women? Sod that, 1 of them is enough for me.
  18. Now't, just fed up of putting it on my other rope so thought I'd have 2.
  19. Good work. I've just got another one and a rope wrench to play with. Enjoy!
  20. I drop at a couple of golf courses who use it around winter tees. It's always worth a call.
  21. Ripley school in lancaster were taking woodchip last I heard but that's miles away from you. Have you tried Jerusalem farm near colne? They have a big horsey place might be worth a go.
  22. Where in Lancashire are you wanting to tip?

    Spiking

Try climbing spindly ash birch and sycamore on a windy railway night shift. After that spiking most things seems like a walk in the park.
