  10. mark, a few friends of mine have done this and it does help slightly, make sure you change them back before mot time as they wont go through with them on, also watch the gap between the 2 tyres as well

  15. im currently looking at starting a project in the new year surveying oaks of varying age classes in the same locationn within the new forest, to see how epiphytic growth varies. does anybody have experience in surveying for epiphytes? is any one aware of any publications around that deal with epiphytic growth on our native oaks? what surveying techingues are used? my idea is really only in its infancy many thanks
  16. i agree:thumbup1:, get a diamond grinding disc on a 4inch grinder and touch them up before you leave the yard

  18. mate my carlton 900 is spot on, tackled some big stuff with it as well(3ftx4ft beech stump) i can get it on the back of my pick up on my own by sliding it on the handles. get some series 500 greenteeth on it and a diamond grinding disk to touch the teeth up. top investment
