Interesting thread, guess I should thank a few people; 18 stoner for allowing the theft of his stale bread and cheese butty - the peparami was cool though. I have looked over it briefly and am impressed with the comprehensive and thorough nature of it. My BIG question is, that it being a HSE publication, does this document now become "BEST PRACTICE" for the industry and how will it's findings effect us in our working day?

At first glance I agreed with you. Then on reflection, i think if your actions are soley based upon this single action, then you might be a little quick to judge.
