    Increasing and tightening legislation without enforcement ( unless it is post accident or incident ) is a sure way to loose respect from the industry, as well as kill off compliant but marginally profitable companies. You hit the nail on the head Iain

    Interesting thread, guess I should thank a few people; 18 stoner for allowing the theft of his stale bread and cheese butty - the peparami was cool though.     I have looked over it briefly and am impressed with the comprehensive and thorough nature of it. My BIG question is, that it being a HSE publication, does this document now become "BEST PRACTICE" for the industry and how will it's findings effect us in our working day?
