  2. Thanks for taking the time to do that. Answers the question!
  3. Leaning towards the Terran providing it absorbs water as well as the lack stuff. Planning on putting some expensive plants in so don’t want to risk losing them
  4. That shouldn’t be a zigzag mark 1 then
  5. I can recommend the fsi. The swivel makes light work of stumps and 2 strong blokes can lift it into a transit without too much trouble
  6. You’re aware there was a safety recall on it right?
  7. Yes possibly. Only large truck loads at a time and big big lumps that you’ll need to cut up yourself with chainsaw and axe. register tip sites here
  8. Went up to just over 14 stone at my heaviest, had typically been 12 stone 7lbs most of my adult life. On major diet now though!
  9. Reductions bugged the hell out of me towards the end. If all I did was take downs I may have even stuck it out a bit longer.
  10. Just had a new listing added this morning thats only 10 miles away from Airdrie O'Neill Terrain Services | Sawmill Directory SAWMILLERS.CO.UK As a multiskilled woodland and countryside management contractor, we offer a range of services to meet the goals of landowners & managers, local authorities, small holders and...

  14. Not to worry, logistics would have been a pain anyway, but thanks! So its ok for planting in etc, and not just for use other paths and drives?
  15. Looks like it! The fact its white is also better as we are putting down white stones. Any little gaps won't show as much. I'll have to check but I reckon all in all somewhere in the region of 20m2
  16. Guy Watson’s doing the one bca are running, that’s why I wanted to go with that one
  17. Small job at home, wanting to lay down stone and plant a few small plants and shrubs. Have used several different membrane before and they have varied considerably in quality. What’s the best to use from those of you in the know?
  18. The 3 day course is the one you want. I am thinking about doing the BCA one in September. Will most likely fail it though!
  19. I did it a little over a year ago as it was a requirement for a contract(that I never ended up even doing). Yes it is very basic and with 25 years experience in tree work i'm fairly confident you will learn absolutely nothing. it is more aimed at people who might work on country estates etc and can spot potential problems which can then be referred onto an actual tree surveyor.
  20. Pipe dream. There’s only 1 solution to climate change and no amount of summits will change that
  21. I think the days of cash being much of a bargaining chip are quickly coming to an end anyway! Personally though I think your reply is too much. I'd keep it simpler and just say your business can't run on cash as you have too many overheads that have to go through the books.
  22. Do they have chainsaw protection?
