  1. Not website design this time. I was asked to supply the artwork for Kingwell holdings new exhibition trailer. This was a fun project than Hayley and I worked on together. This landed on our laps at the last minute and we had just 10 days to get the artwork designed, approved, and then properly formatted to the printers strict guidelines

  4. Living trees arboricultural consultant not actually my design but when the client (an arbtalk member) came to me, the website structure was hugely out of date. It was quicker for me to rebuild from scratch and copy the original design, but with some minor aesthetic and mobile responsive changes. Living Trees Ltd | Arboricultural Consultancy Services LIVINGTREES.CO.UK Living Trees offer Arboricultural Consultancy in London, the South East and South West, specialising...
  5. Well I’m stuck waiting at a&e with some time on my hands so here’s a couple more. No doubt many of you have seen Alistair Magee’s awesome lorry with crane and grapple chainsaw attachment. Alistair asked me to develop a site which the sole focus of was to promote his method of tree removal. He made a massive outlay to have this built correctly and meeting all legal requirements. Judging by the amount of jobs he posts up on LinkedIn the gambles paid off Specialist Tree Removal | Chainsaw Grapple | A M Tree Surgeons ALISTAIRMAGEE.CO.UK A M Tree Surgeons specialist in the remote removal of trees using our purpose built lorry an crane with...
  6. Got a chance to do a website not about trees for once which is always a pleasant change. This was for our dog groomer in needham market who we have been using for the last couple of years. Our dogs must be uglier than I thought though as she didn’t send me photos of them to use in the gallery. 5 hour turn around in this once I received the mock-up from my designer Needham Market Dog & Cat Grooming | Station Styles Pet Grooming STATIONSTYLES.CO.UK Welcome to Station Styles Pet Grooming in Needham Market. We are specialists in dog & cat...
  7. No ones going to be able to give you a sensible price without seeing it in person, but more info might help us get a bit nearer. Photos? How close can a truck and chipper get to the trees?
  8. Simple, nick another one and break it or spares
  9. I don’t see why not. Try talking to one of the bigger dealers such as fr Jones and son
  10. Takes a big man to admit that
  11. Can’t offer any remedial advice as I’m not facing it myself(yet), but I do remember years ago in my old local there was an old boy riddled with it. Landlord used to constantly top up a small shot glass with beer for him as he couldn’t hold a pint or even half pint glass. So yeah that’s my advice, find a good landlord
  12. They will have to! It’s not the end of the world for us self employed types who can work that bit hard to earn more, but for those on a low wage or fixed income living within a tight budget the impact will be horrendous
  13. FR Jones sell this. Not sure if they have a non-binary version for you though
  14. Workers narrowly escape being hit by 95 mph train when removing tree from tracks WWW.FORESTRYJOURNAL.CO.UK Part of the tree was hit by the train.
  15. Thanks stubby. Bit out of my area for a single test unfortunately
  16. It definitely does. I always used to give one side an extra stroke every few sharpens
  17. That’s in hand
  18. The ones I’m referring jut out at an angle then bend. Horrible things
  19. You don’t have those stupid eagle claw gaffs do you?
  20. It most certainly is important on larger chains, and I have no experience with milling but I would image in this use it’s critical
  21. How one release on the first battery saw they bought out. Didn’t fall out thankfully. This was discussed a while ago I think so you’re not alone. That’s one of the things I prefer about the stihl that the battery is mounted from the top
  22. Rightio 😂
  23. Why not give him a call like he asked?
  24. Yep gp, also ufc, several soccer clubs, basketball, several others. Partnerships with Matt Damon amongst other big names. keep an eye for a potential spike feb 13th. They have a 30 second ad running in the super bowl at a cost of several millions
