  1. Yes they are excellent. In the middle of writing a review actually, will try get it rounded up in the next couple days
  2. Have you done a covid test? 😀
  3. Yes I am fully expecting to receive some ‘credit’
  4. Your area @bigtreedon ?
  5. I know right, may as well have just used mdf 🙄
  6. No chance of that I’d have to sell those for £100 each to make any more the amount of time it took me 😂
  7. Last minute request from the boss for a necklace and bracelet stand. I thought I had a good eye but it proved impossible for me to freehand drill a 28mm hole perfectly true, or even close. These will have to do
  8. That little tip worked a treat screwing the heart on. Wish i'd known about that before
  9. Good luck Will, don't be a stranger
  10. Ash?
  11. Have you finished your first tree yet?
  12. You can, though the key point in the question is at what point does it lose its shine
  13. I put 30's, but really it was late 30's for me.
  14. And a pollice is about another 2ft higher still
  15. Snowing here. Not going to come to anything though
  16. Actually I saw this discussion somewhere a few weeks back where some people were saying they prefer it the other way about. im on the clock and have precious little time, must confess I just banged em in without a thought. I agree it would look better with the grain though.
  17. I don’t care
  18. Saw some great pollards on our road trip through France
  19. If you take them screws out and redo you will probably close them gaps Your advice is unfortunately a few hours late on this occasion
  20. Thanks for the tip. Yes I’ve been having that exact problem
  21. Just got my first silky cut too!
  22. That saved me probably 2 days. Simona’s having a stand for her baby stuff at a show on the weekend. Making some display stands for her. Joinery is a bit rough round the edges to put it mildly but it will do the job and should look nice once waxed
  23. Thanks. Just went and bought a cheap draper one. What a difference!
