Lunchbreak wage comparisons is the very reason I have to pay them all a flat rate, if they could all keep their traps shut they would get paid their worth, for some it would be less than they are on.

True, wasn't me who told them, I know better from running lads myself in the past.

So how do you get on with those that are worth more than you offer because of this flat rate scheme? Surely theyre miffed that they do more and are better (as seen in your eyes too ) but are subjected to a wage that everyone gets? same wage asthe guy that doesnt pull hus weight and leans on the brush all day?

If you pay the willing workers or those with more qualifications more money it should motivate the lower paid to make more effort. If they don't make more effort they are happy to swan along and have no reason to bitch.

If only it were that simple !

People are different Joe, I have a fiancé and two lovely dogs, springer spaniels, and I do the 8 hour work last thing for estates, I do indeed charge a lot more in private jobs. I was thinking a log grabber would be an affordable price for tree surgeons for 200 a day.
