North Shropshire bye election shocker for the Tories seems to be a standard headline....  and it’s a fair one.

An even bigger shocker is what actually happened - or rather didn’t!

In a very strong Brexit constituency people turned to the Neverendum party (Lib Dums) rather than to Labour....

Oh dear Labour, you can’t even capitalise upon Boris’ massive own goals.

Yup, it seems that Starmer's tory-lite approach isn't fooling anyone.
On the plus side, it's one less blue seat.

Some state of affairs Mark....

It certainly is. In fairness, it was never going to end well when it came down to BOJO actually doing a job. Fair play to him, he's got the front to bullshit people, but it's only good bullshitting if you can actually come up with goods when needed. Busted flush, mop-headed wankpuffin.
He might have a tantrum like Trump did. Narcissists hate being put on the spot.

Man’s a fool, I genuinely was wrong about the guy.

Turns out the lovable buffoon act was not an act.

Sooner he goes the better.

I think the lovable buffoon was entirely an act. I think he thought he was too clever to be found out.

I'll ask again, where do we go from here. Both sides are pants, will it end up with bigger turn outs at elections, or will people write feck on it and not turn out?

Will be more of the same for the next 50 years. We’ll vote Tory most of the time, then we’ll have a break and vote Labour then occasionally as a protest vote we’ll vote Lib Dumbs.

It's boggles my mind that 12,032 people still voted Tory in the North Shropshire bye election. It just shows the power and reach of social and 'traditional' media.

Lib dems backtracked on too many promises when they formed a coalition with the tories, people have long memories. I'd like to see the failure of labour to act as a catalyst for a return to a party that I could vote for.

In the mean time, greens will get my vote.
