And how did the Polls read leading up to the Brexit vote? Remain 55% and Leave 45%

 

How did the Polls read leading up to the Trump V Clinton Election? 

Polls are useless cherry picked guesswork and generally as impartial as our new member here.

The EU rationale is very simple. It has rules, subscribe to them and you're in the club. If you don't follow the rules, then you'll be asked to leave. Simples.

 

The NI/RoI border separates those in and those out. The UK Gov has spent years trying to persuade the EU that they can have it their way not the EU's way. From the EU's PoV, the UK has gone. The UK just needs to present a rational case that the EU can accept under its own rules - to trade again as if their were no borders. The current UK Gov has consistently failed to do this.

 

It's called cakism - wanting to have your cake and eat it too. No rational mind can tolerate that 🤣
