Gaia's high priest down

 

I see from another forum James Lovelock died today.

 

I can't say I agreed with some of his ideas later in life but the basic concept of interfering with a self regulating entity was spot on.

I think that just the fact that he shunned ties to corporate interests and remained a scientist of independent thought stands him apart from nearly all others these days, whether one agrees or not with him he was at least a great intellect and honest, cheers.

I did say I doubt they see it that way. IF they want a bigger house they need more money. If they want richer friends they need more money. If they want more power they need more money. If they want more houses, more cars more Jets they need more money. 

 

Its all about perspective. We could say that we dont need more money, but we certainly all want more.

I hear Bernard Cribbins has died . What a nice bloke . Hard working actor and singer . I remember when he got the job being the Wombles they asked him which one he wanted to be and he replied I can be them all , save you a few bob . He had been in so much stuff .

IIRC he was a shooting man too? Must have been a good bloke😃
