There is a perfect number of saws to own and a simple equation to calculate that number:

 

Where cs = the number of saws you currently own and x being the ideal number of saws. Thus cs+1=x....

We cut firewood and do general farm work and have 5 at the moment plus a load of old broken ones and one with a drill attachment ; 357, 560, 576, oleo Mac 962 and a top handled oleo Mac. I try and have 3 on the go, 2 15inch and 1 20 inch.
