It is a shame - but onwards and upwards...

Are there any other gripes or opinions on what else could be improved on this saw? I have said about the on off switch being a little Mickey Mouse!

Anything else? Any thoughts I can forward to Echo and they may influence the new model.

The 2511 is promised to have more performance than this one and be lighter in weight. But production will not start until Sept so will be a while before they come into circulation.

I thought it was amazing to start but the last couple of times of use it's been a nightmare to run. Cutting out straight after cuts and bogging down so much in the tiniest cut, I have a feeling the carb adjusters must have rattled themselves loose or something.

I'll be getting a refund i think and just wait to see what's said about the new after a couple of months! Shame as it started off great!

The only thing that I've noticed with the 2510tes is that it seems like there is significantly more vibration than with the ms150. But I suppose with such a small light weight engine/body it's difficult to suppress this vibration.

I haven't yet from echo about the recall. I can't see anything on the uk website about it. As far as a replacement saw. I'd really like to try the cs360 rather than the cs280. I think they're pretty similar in price, So it'd be great if that was a possible option.
