Started with a prussik . Trust the prussik . Climb every day on the prussik ?

 

Tried the VT ...Nice until you forget to dress the mother . Mechanical devices are cool but I dislike the fact you cannot visually see the wear and tear ... like you can on a cord .

 

Prussik everday unless Im feeling lazy them its SRT baby .......:laugh1:

Here's why I don't like my ZZ.

1. The thin rope is hard to hold. A blakes is nice in the fist.

2. It doesn't have the organic feel of a blakes/prussik.

3. When chogging down using the climbing line under the wire core flip line as a safety it self tends, thus tightening around the stem rather than staying loose, making it harder to move down.
