Hi

Diagnosed with prostate cancer a while back and just got round to having it removed. big operation and not a lot of fun

Not looking for sympathy, just be aware, my PSA readings were near normal

only my very good GP made me have the test

On the way to recovery now

But this is one hell of a diet
