Not the first weld that has failed on the machine! Forst st8 bracket that holds the hydraulic oil filter on, its seeping oil out and tomorrow we will have the welding guy in to try and sort it out.
 
It’s wearing a bit thin (my patience)

I don’t know anything about the Forst machines tbh - is that the hydraulic tank it’s welded to? From the pic I guessed it was the bottom of the rotor housing (hence my confusion).

Same sort of setup on a jensen with regards to the hyd tank i suspect.... the tank is litterally under the chip chamber and the sides and bottom of the chip chamber make part of the tank up

That’s right, the curved bottom of the rotor chamber is the top panel of the tank.
