At the end of the day people will resent the so called Scroungers until bad luck ect befalls them be it disability/unemployment whatever Then and only then will they understand the plite of those they condemned!

The benefit system was put into place to help people that needed it, but like most things it was abused. People cheated the system. Still do, this spoils it for those who really need it.

Why do you resent the people like me who want to make their own way in life?

When ever I go to the doctor there is a notice in the waiting room stating the number of missed appointments the previous month its always up near 100. People that not only fail to attend their appointments, but could not be bothered to phone and cancel

Just another example of those who feel entitled, rather than appreciative.

Yes, that proper winds me up, that is an example of those that feel entitled, however hopefully that is only a tiny percentage of total appointments.

Bit like farmers and land owners? Not all cheat the system, but some do.

And we ain't even mentioned big business.

Your too right of centre to see both sides, I suspect.

Although we are all banging the same heads against the same people, on the subject of cheating the system surely tax avoidance is shafting the economy just as perniciously as Mr 50 kids and his flat screen telly (as seen on channel 5 and read about in the sun). Anyway stihl or husky, which is best. And can I run my fiesta on red diesel cos I'm a tree surgeon.

I don't not at all! but your view is far to simplistic some people are genuinely ill/disabled honest! there are people that diagnose them like doctors/surgeons/consultants etc but they are still scroungers in your view arn't they??

Google/ Starbucks et al needs sorting for sure.

On the subject of Fiestas I'm after buying a cheapo one or similar as a runaround.

Diesel or petrol?

Pros and cons please.

No apologies for derail. I have the full backing of my party blah blah blah.
