Not often things get cheeper in our day to day life , so last yr it caused much head scratching and in the end a phone call to my motor insurers to get to the bottom of the ...Reduction !...of my premium.

"Its because you now are over 50 and fall into a different risk group" !!! ....Brilliant for yours truly ,but !!

Im not so convinced that the second the clock flicks over your birth time making you 50 it suddenly makes you such a lower risk !! Thankfully those with a crap driving history at least ( with my insurer im told), get looked at differently. I have a real issue with the poor, bad, and just inexcusable driving that happens on the road network.

55 in just over a week! Feel it sometimes. Mum and Dad gave me a telling off because I suggested that someone would come and collect them for a weekend stay, "we are only 80 odd, not decrepit, you know!" Old bugger still had two bottles of white on Saturday night!

Get an erection every day, it shows good cardio health and spikes testosterone jut by having one.

Avoid soya, soy and any estrogenics like the plague. Get your cruciferous veg to reduce estrogen, but not too low, you need some.

If you don't have to bend double to piss in the morning you're no good. Take 1/4 of a cialis daily for at least 6 months for the cure. Drink a couple of beers daily for your heart.

I read only pub med studies btw. I'm that boring. Oh and ted talks. I'm into immortality!

Research into the gut microbiome. That's where the new science is going re longevity and health. Natural yogurt, kefir etc.

Good luck.
