It's a sad day for me. I lost my dad when I was a young man.

There's an old boy in the village that has been a father figure to me since I came down South. He praised me when I did well and told me when I was being a (it rhymes with front) his exact words!!!!. He'll be eighty in September but he's gone an old man over the last year. Makes me sad to see!

had a great day, boys woke me up to give me their hand mad cards, had fresh pancakes then we all went a walk with the dogs.

Spent the rest of the day dossing around the house.

Woken at 6.30 by him jumping on the bed, a nice breakfast of weetabix and coffee then a nice 14k ride with the little lad on the back then into town for lunch (wife's treat) then little lad had a ride out on his balance bike and then home for a light tea and the Lego movie!! A great day!!
