I hear you mate, my post doesn't sound so funny now.

I'm sure Orange Plant were as p'd off as you when their machine came back in bits, but s*** can and does happen.

 

I hope you get the job sorted and the blokes understand what happened.

 

Apologies again for my flippant remark.

 

For the record, Orange Plant stand out for me as being one of the best companies I have ever done business with, over many years with both chippers and grinders.

I havent really read the whole thread mainly cause im lazy, but thing do go wrong people are not infallible, sometime people have personal problems, stress, pressure, demanding clients, that sometimes all this can have a knock on effect there service. There is no point in getting too excitable about it, give them the benefit of the doubt, and a second chance......im sure no one can claim to be blameless when it comes to customer service ect............i have leant that nothing really changes massively by losing the odd day, falling that arrange a meeting with Mr Marley
