I havent really read the whole thread mainly cause im lazy, but thing do go wrong people are not infallible, sometime people have personal problems, stress, pressure, demanding clients, that sometimes all this can have a knock on effect there service. There is no point in getting too excitable about it, give them the benefit of the doubt, and a second chance......im sure no one can claim to be blameless when it comes to customer service ect............i have leant that nothing really changes massively by losing the odd day, falling that arrange a meeting with Mr Marley
