stress

Recommended Posts

It's late by my standards (23:15) and I'm staying up as I was supposed to be picking my Wife up from the Italian where I dropped her at 8. She's just 'phoned to say her and her mates are off on the piss and can I pick them up when they're done plus take one home and another to the ferry. I've got to be up at 5!

This is what stresses me out. I told her the "no" word, but I won't rest...

give and take though innit. my wife works mon-friday. I do a jumbo of monday-sunday. I take her where she wants when she wants, she does likewise, without complaining. It would be rubbish if the only night all her mates could do was the one you were working, so she couldnt go out. Grin and bare it, use it as a bargaining tool. Christmas is coming up.

You imagine we do, I believe every one must. That's the diference .

Belief is very often wrong, just look at all the people who believe in god :001_rolleyes:

None of use now how anyone else thinks, we can only guess, thinking you can will just cause stress ;)

I have had some seriously stressfull times and have found myself in the position of seeking help and advice as to how i could reduce the ammount of stress , it was in doing this that it became quite clear (in my case) that no matter how much i tried to seek help and advice the only way that i was going to sort my situation out was by sitting down and putting it all on paper and then working finding my own course of action . often stress is something that only you can deal with and find a resolv that suits you . It is only when you can start to find your own answers that you will start to become able to see patternt emerging and have the foresight to nip stress in the bud before it gets on top of you again . I have found that often my stress has been caused by something blatently obvious that i had totally overlooked .

Having saif that i have found my self typing the above whilst getting stressed !!!!!

Some stress like the buzz when climbing high in trees is natural and fine and one the reasons we continue in this trade.

Due to the Norwegian Government land fraud issue since 2006 we have both now been to the doctors. (I had not been in at all before and no colds for over 10 seasons but was becoming freaked out with the slow actions in Norge)

Serious word of advice:- Stress needs to be sorted ASAP because Andrea now has Auto Immune problems which is caused from chronic longterm stress and "one will never become better and could become worse even when this is finished" she has been told. This make me so :angryfire: B******S. (please excuse the lingo)

We both used to be such no worries people and full on with life and business and often helped others when we could see it was needed.

I know all people have some hassles as a fact of life and most can be sorted alone and some with help from friends.

Take care out there as dangerous to use chainsaws when worried.:001_smile:

I took Stevie Blairs advice and Dead wooded my client base . Really good idea as I replaced a bad customer for a good one . Now with the addition of my pipe I'm chilled . Although the missus makes me smoke it in the rear garden

Black/ cherry and very nice to . Young for pipe smoking at 41 today though .
