Yup. It’s soooo good. I’ve just raked up here and then just grabbed the piles with the 4 in 1 on the multione. So easy. That’s three ash 20” at the bottom felled, cleared up, brash and 8’ timber lengths moved 100 yards in a day, just me and two machines.

Are haybob tines gentle enough to use on a domestic lawn or do they leave scores?

I feared that was the answer because I've seen those and they're not cheap. I was hoping for something I could homebrew for ten and six like doobin's haybob rake.

You could make a brush for your skid then grab it, bit of rsj and a few broom heads and a Saturday afternoon

That's the current plan. The risk is of course putting it to use, immediately destroying fifty quid of broom heads and going and buying a proper one in a bad mood. Nothing ventured, nothing gained though.
