I need to get myself an Espresso machine.I can only get one at McDonalds at this time of day and a double only costs £1.....anyway it,s Friday (I think) I am off for my first workout of 2020 and I have Michael Bolton on the radio singing,"Love is a wonderful thing, make ya smile in the pouring rain" and all is well in my world. I loved the music in the 80,s (although it was released in1991?‍♂️) Almost the weekend Arbtalkers!
