If you fancy some extra bright spot lights have a look at cree lights on Amazon. Absolutely brilliant and very affordable. I bought two for winter mountain biking night rides and they've been awesome. From memory they were 25 quid each.

Thanks Pete! I only use mine at the moment for less than 5 minutes on my training route.So i t will be a very long time before i have to charge it. On the subject of light i am enjoying the cooler weather and darker mornings.Nice clear sky now.20170919_055019.jpg

i was wondering that too as i was trying to decipher a couple of his Facebook comments recently and came to the conclusion that there must be a 'she' in the mix somewhere....
