This is only word on the street, it was bought to be developed, didn't get passed then all of a sudden it went up in flames. Don't know if that's right or not.

 

Edit: T'was one of the best pubs in Burslem.

All manner of devastion, seems calm now, mostly root failures of healthy trees. K
