Picking up proper now; still nothing like the previous 2 years where folks were going full beans for it but starting to shift out of the barn now at last.

3m3 last week, and that's me out of dry stuff.

this year was rubbish for selling logs.

 

Tough year for it i have to agree but am nearly out now. Provides a steady income over the winter. Can't grumble:thumbup:

cold weathers coming so things will pick up hopefully... been doing 15 loads week last 2 or 3 weeks but that just covers wages.... the artic loads cordwood have gone mad last couple weeks.. been out in lorry all weekend and got 4 days in it startin tomorrow.. found some seasaoned birch and oak which went like hot cakes..

After the killing that was made by some Firewood importer in the past two winters here in Norway,alot of people have jumped on the bandwagon.

 

Now after a fairly mild two months and the end of the Winter in sight,the retailers are struggling to shift stock.All have dropped their prices and are uniformally offering free delivery.
