I wonder what my dog thinks sometimes.

Nearly every working day he sees me get my work gear on and he gets excited, then as soon as he can he’s in the pick up.

He really enjoys the journey, head out the window, barking at any dog he sees, fuming at the sight of a cat crossing the road.

Then he spends the day watching us from the cab, getting out for walks at break times bits of sandwich etc. Barking at anyone who approaches who he doesn’t know.

Then home, a longer walk, dinner, then our dinner then sits on his chair till bedtime.

 

For him the truck must be some kind of magical device, he gets in, is whisked through space and time to a new place everyday, does his job for the pack (me and my nephew)

then the magical journey back, tells a few other dogs where to go on the way.

 

He absolutely loves it. Totally bereft if he sees the van going out of the gate without him.
