i like Henrys because they suck hard and are so fixable. If one is not working well, i try changing bag, beating the filter, brushing near the motor and poking something down the pipes. This fixes most things.

I’ve got an old Kirby, bought from loot (remember that?) bloody heavy but sucks better than Monica (another blast from the past).

Do the house a few times a year with it to complement a battery dyson for regular use.

work got an industrial henry type from a company called powerwasher services at laurencekirk, wet and dry - 3 motors!   can run one or two or all 3

 

its not small but its crazy suction and power

I've got a Stihl hoover. It does everything it should and not let me down. Bags are needed, but I don't see it as a problem. It gets used in the garage and the house. I can't fault it in any way. Just got the new battery hand held vacuum. It's grand for the small bits in the house and the car. I've also got it fixed up to my Dewalt palm sander and it's a perfect match

I grew up wi one, it was indestructible.

I should still have 3 somewhere but the MIL coerced SM into gifting her the bestest/newest one, then she died and the ould bollocks she had taken up wi still got it, I hope!

I still have one for shed use, and cant actually figure out where the 3rd one went.

I am STILL sore about the one the MIL blagged offen the wife btw.

Or a Beam/Smart system mounted in or  about a utility room with a 10m wander hose should cover a lot of the heavily trafficed back door territory, inside, or out.

I have one of these. I use it in the garage for sucking up swarf, oil, whatever. Never let me down, works well. I got it used, packed with filler dust. Quick clean out and it's been great ever since. There are better ones out there but it's great value for money.

 

If it sucked any harder the wierdos that frequent the nearby woods at night would be trying to marry it.

I don't have a Henry but these are exactly the same reasons I like my cleaning lady...
