Our local Shell garage which was the cheapest fuel in town, has no fuel left at all. Ran out yesterday morning and by tonight still hadnt had a delivery. They were even cheaper than Asda which is unusual, and morrisons now arent even displaying their prices which is weird.

Hopefully not going back to fuel shortages again.

Apparently the gov are dropping duty on fuel in the next day or two so it could be worth not filling up just yet.

Filled up this morning in Bristol and it was . £1.89 pl for diesel and cost £120 to fill up the Hilux. My fuel bills are going to be almost doubled by the end of the month. All well and good the idiots running this country want us all in electric cars but I’m never going to make the money to buy one with the prices of fuel at the moment. That on top of trying to buy a house which is beyond a joke at the moment.

I smugly cruised into Tesco at Catterick to fill up with my diesel at £1.64, only to discover they had none left, and only had one pump spitting petrol out. Jobs knackered lads!

Filled up my pickup at the local village filling station/CoOp shop and it was £87 .  last time it was £103  so its come down a bit . Sorry I never look at the price/ltr .

Well rumour has it all the holding tanks at the docks are full to brim and they are weighting till price absolutely peaks before releasing it.
