There certainly seems to be a connection with the blood; I know someone who was warned off turmeric because they were about to start a course of chemotherapy

Has anyone mentioned cold and damp yet, in relation to arthritis? Some friends of mine emigrated to SW France many years ago. One of the reasons according to the guy was to help his arthritis. He reckoned it was far worse during cold, damp winters.

The hand that plays me up the most I smashed up at work about 15 years ago, the cold weather always brings the pain on.
