All sorted today fellas, back home now.

Consultant really pleased how it went.

The tear on my rhs is the yellow area top right in the first pic.

Good luck with the recovery, will you be  expecting to do the same workload physically as before? Or will there be a change of attitude to some aspects of what you do?

Proper recovery is key, but ultimately I hope to be able to do more physically, not less, certainly in terms of climbing etc.

I will definitely ease back on the handballing of heavy timber though, pretty sure that’s what wrecked me.

 

Just about to order these.
