Although my garage is secure, I'd like some extra protection for my 3 saws with 18/20" bars. What solutions are people using for securely storing saws at home?

Chains through the handle, even if they are only chained together.

Battery powered shed alarm.

Hide them under 'mess'.

My main security tactic is splitting stuff up, I have 2 units, 10 minutes apart, obviously not just for security,  but it's a help...

Buy your self a barge pole to hit them with if you catch them in the act with time as they are.

That sounds like a good idea, mate rang earlier to say his van was nicked from Lavenham last night.

It seems not, they must have some balls, I'd have thought anyone driving a van about late at night would be prime for getting stopped by the Police ATM.

I was on the phone in the kitchen yesterday morning and noticed some bloke wandering around, assumed he was a scruffy delivery driver who was lost.

2 hours later find out a neighbour had their bike nicked from their garage. The bloke had some bollocks wandering around in the middle of the day, the garage it was nicked from is built into the house as well.
