every one moans about young lazy youths etc, are there not people in their 30,s 40,s with a bit of experience and a better more steady work ethic around???

might have to  pay them a bit more but might be worth it as apposed to continually looking for and changing staff.

There's tons of us about, but £150/day doesn't buy it any more. They don't like it.

Not wanting sympathy ?? just don't want people saying that the youth of today are lazy some are and others are grafters all the good ones are taken that's why there's none about.

Agency work labourers get £15 a hour and all what they need is to pass a multiple choice questionnaire that the job centre put you through a cheap pair of steel toe cap boots a hi viz vest and your ready to go £120 a day to drag your knuckles and not think once, it's a easy job aswell as there is all mechanical aids to do the work

So who'd want to drag brash for less?

It's not quite 'in' the woods, but it's on the edge and would do me just fine:

Close to my brother in law too, and only £23k with a quarter of an acre. I've had years where I've paid more rent than that.

If Rebecca is included, I’m in ?
